Playworks in Oakland and the East Bay

Playworks began bringing healthy, inclusive play to students in two Berkeley schools in 1996. Today, it serves more than four dozen schools in the East Bay communities of Oakland, Berkeley and other Alameda County communities, as well as in Richmond and other West Contra Costa County communities. 

 

Kickball 2010 - Awesome!

Playworks annual Corporate Kickball Tournament was our biggest and best yet. Thanks to 14 enthusiastic teams, 100's of excuberant players, and one cooperative summer day in San Francisco, Playworks was able to raise more than $30,000 to help fund our programming in the San Francisco Bay Area. Many, many thanks to our parters. See you next year!!!
